To use the Service, you must register using Google Authentication. You must be at least 14 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on MyNewNorth's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials for commercial use.

§4. User Content

You retain all rights to the data, goals, and content you post. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately, without prior notice.

In no event shall Rubén Batanero or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MyNewNorth, even if a representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain.
